Whenever you receive a voicemail our Mitel system automatically copies and forwards the voicemail as a audio (wav) file to any valid e-mail address, i.e. your e-mail server, AOL, Verizon, etc.

Instead of calling the office to retrieve your voicemails you simply touch or click and listen to it over your smartphone or Bluetooth device.
