Kapp Communications, Inc. started in business in 1984. We are Pittsburgh’s oldest telephone equipment company under the same ownership. We are a family oriented business that includes Jim Kapp-CEO, Bob Kapp-Vice President (Jim’s brother) and Christina Kapp-Sales Associate (Jim’s daughter).
Our mission is to provide you with quality technical phone and computer related tools and support for your business. These tools streamline your day to day operation so that you can enjoy maximized profits, maximize customer service satisfaction levels and maximize your employee morale levels.

Our highly trained IT department and phone system support staff is one of the highest paid teams in Pittsburgh. One of Kapp’s strongest assets is our President and Operations Manager, Frank LaMantia. Frank has been with us for 22 years. His computer and phone expertise is of a very high caliber. Frank is one major reason why Kapp has maintained a 97% level of customer satisfaction over a very long period of time.
Kapp is a debt free company. We own our 16,000 square foot headquarters, 6 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh on Route 65.
